You will get curious about where you are, feel into what the trail might lead next and see how truly whimsical and magical this life is!

No hiking boots required. No artistic talent required. No need to have your shit figured out.

Here's what happens during our 7 days:

  • We begin together with a live opening ceremony. We'll step out of the noise, take a look at where you actually are in your life right now. I'll guide you into the experience with reflection, intuition and creative play.

  • From there, you will have a little something from me each day to explore. A short transmission, a question, a journaling prompt, or a creative invitation to take into your day. Some might make you think. Some might make you feel. Some might make you move.

  • You'll be invited to look at your life from a different angle. We will use different ways of listening — reflection, art, intuition, energetic practices — to help you connect the dots in your own way.

  • And we'll close together live on Day 7. We'll see what surfaced, share what shifted, and make space for whatever wants to move next. 

We are going to travel your inner world for a week and see what gold we find ✨

Meet your guide: Manuela Sousa

I'm Manuela — a cosmic being on this Earth journey, guided by the power of my heart.

I’ve always been drawn to what’s out there, new places, new cultures, new perspectives, and the freedom to follow what feels true. And beneath that expansiveness, there’s a deep fascination with transformation — the invisible layers, the endings, the becoming, and the alchemy of turning what we’ve lived through into something new.

That’s what I bring to Trailblazer: a little more courage to explore, a little more depth to listen inward, and a grounded space to turn what you discover into your next move. [About me]

  • Live Opening Ceremony:
    September 11, Friday at 4pm PST | 7pm EST

    Live Group Reiki Session:
    September 16, Wednesday at 6pm PST | 9pm EST

    Live Closing Ceremony:
    September 17, Thursday at 4pm PST | 7pm EST

    In Between:
    Transmissions sent daily through our private community.

  • No worries! Both live ceremonies and reiki session will be recorded and available for you to revisit during the journey.

    What matters is that you’re intentionally choosing to take this journey with us and engage with the experience in a way that works for you.

  • You don't have to “catch up” perfectly. This isn't homework. Come back when you can, pick up the thread, and keep exploring. The trail isn't going anywhere. 🥾

  • A journal or sketchbook, something to write with, and whatever art supplies you have around. Nothing fancy required 🎨

    You'll also need a computer or device with internet access for the live ceremonies and daily transmissions.

  • Absolutely not. We're using creativity as a way to explore, not to make masterpieces. Stick figures are welcome 😂

  • Yes! Replays will be available for 30 days after the journey ends, so you have time to catch anything you missed or revisit a moment that stayed with you.
