Usui Reiki Level I Training & Attunement + Certificate
Meet your Teacher
Manuela Sousa is a multidimensional intuitive guide, energy healer, and founder of Golden Weaver. She completed her Usui Reiki Master Teacher training in 2023 and has been practicing Reiki ever since, alongside her work with the Akashic Records and intuitive guidance.
What she has found is that Reiki is about much more than learning hand positions or receiving an attunement. Tradition gives us a foundation, but practice asks us to embody what we learn—to develop discernment, stay grounded in our own experience, and cultivate a conscious relationship with energy rather than simply repeating what we've been taught.
That’s how she built this program.
This training honors the foundations of Traditional Usui Reiki while encouraging you to develop your own relationship with the practice through awareness, intuition, responsibility, and sovereignty.
You’ll leave with more than a certificate: you’ll have the knowledge, practical experience, and foundation to confidently practice Reiki with yourself and others, while continuing to discover what this practice can become in your own hands.

No. This training is designed for beginners and for anyone who wants to build a stronger foundation in Reiki.
You don't need to already “feel energy,” have a strong intuition, or know how to meditate. We’ll explore these things through practice and direct experience.

Yes. You will receive a Reiki Level I certificate after completing the training and receiving your Level I attunement.
The certificate marks your completion of the training. More importantly, you'll leave with the foundational knowledge and hands-on experience to begin practicing Reiki with yourself and others.

This training is rooted in Traditional Usui Reiki and the lineage through which I was trained.
We’ll learn the traditional foundations, history, philosophy, principles, and practices of Usui Reiki. I also bring my own experience as an energy healer and intuitive practitioner, including a strong emphasis on grounding, energetic boundaries, discernment, sovereignty, and conscious practice.
The goal isn't to dilute the tradition. It's to help you actually embody what you're learning.

The attunement is the ceremonial component of Reiki training through which you are initiated into the practice at Level I.
Rather than treating the attunement as the entire training, we'll spend the first four weeks building the knowledge, awareness, practical skills, and energetic foundation that prepare you for it.
