WELCOME AND AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to Golden Weaver LLC ("Company"). By booking and receiving spiritual consulting sessions—including Akashic Records readings, Reiki, Mentoring, Meditations, Workshops, Courses and other forms of energy healing modalities or mediumship (collectively, the "Services")—you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully, as they outline important details about our offerings and your experience. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services or website.

DEFINITIONS
The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them herein:

• "Client", "You", or "Your" refers to the individual accessing the Site and utilizing the Services provided by the Company.

• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Golden Weaver LLC operated by Manuela Sousa.

• "Parties" refers collectively to both the Client and the Company.

All references to the singular include the plural, and vice versa. All references to gender include all genders. The use of headings is for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By engaging with our Site and Services, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and are seeking these sessions of your own free will. You also acknowledge that any insights or information provided are for your personal spiritual reflection, and that decisions made or actions taken as a result of the Site or Services are solely your responsibility.

PAYMENT
Payment method: All prices displayed on this website are in USD dollars (United State Dollars). When you purchase one of the Services, you may pay by credit card. By doing so, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your credit card for payment. 

Additional fees that may be associated with payments include Credit card payments. The Company’s payment processor (Stripe) charges approximately 2.9% fee on all transactions.

As with any online purchase, there are circumstances beyond the Company’s control that may compromise your credit card or payment method. The Company is not liable or responsible for any of those circumstances.

Acceptable payment methods: Credit card, Venmo, Zelle & PayPal or Wise (for app transfers, please request the QRcode/link for payment before scheduling).

BOOKING YOUR SESSION
Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled exclusively through our website (www.manusousa.com). Your booking is confirmed once payment is made in full.

Session Recording: All sessions are conducted via Zoom and include a recorded file, which will be provided to you after your session. Please download it within seven (7) days, as it will be deleted thereafter.

PRIVACY
Your full name is required for consent and access to your Akashic Records. All information requested on the booking page is necessary to complete the service. If the client refuses to provide their full name, the service cannot be performed, and the session will not be refundable. Using someone else's name for your session is not permitted. The company will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the client's consent.

Data Collection and Communication
By registering for or participating in any event, session, reading, or offering provided by Golden Weaver LLC — whether free or paid — you agree to be added to our email list and to receive communications, including newsletters, related content, and special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

DISCLAIMER
Spiritual and Educational Purposes: The Services and the information provided on this Site are for informational purposes and intended to support your spiritual journey. You acknowledge that the insights offered are based on intuition, personal experience, energy work, and spiritual impressions. There are no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, made regarding the outcomes or results as each individual’s experience is unique.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: The information shared during sessions and on our Site should not replace professional advice in areas such as health, legal, business, financial, or psychological matters. Please consult with appropriate licensed professionals as needed.

No Medical Treatment: The term “healing” refers to energetic and spiritual well-being. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health conditions. You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to the Client’s use of the Site and Services and any information provided therein. Please use the Site and Services at your own risk, after conducting an independent assessment. By using this Site and Services, you waive any claims against the Company.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice are non-refundable.

Missed Appointments: Sessions missed without notice or canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel your session, we will offer either a rescheduled time or a full refund.

Live or In-Person Sessions: All live or in-person sessions once they are initiated and/or complete are non-refundable.

Offline Sessions: Recorded sessions or written reports are non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS: Respecting both your time and mine, sessions cannot be extended in case of late arrival. If you're late, the session will be held within the remaining time, without extending the original end time. No-shows or delays longer than 15 minutes may result in the session being canceled without refund. Any additional time exceeding the scheduled session duration may be charged as an extra cost, at $55.00 for each additional 30 minutes.

Refunds and Processing Fees: Refunds are subject to a five percent (5%) processing fee.

Rescheduling Timeframe: You have up to thirty (30) days to reschedule an appointment once a reschedule request is made. If not completed within this window, no refund or further rescheduling will be granted.

No refund for digital products: Membership and all digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, meditations, courses and other downloadable materials purchased from our website are final. Given the digital nature and immediate access to course content, refunds are not available. Customers can cancel their subscription or non-recurring program purchase before the renewal date as specified in the course terms. 

Lifetime Access Transition: For memberships or digital products previously offered with lifetime access, Clients who have purchased these will continue to have access for the lifetime of the course, as per the terms at the time of purchase. If we decide to discontinue any of these courses, Clients will receive a minimum of 6 months' notice and the opportunity to download the materials before the course is taken offline.

GROUP SESSIONS, CLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (in addition to above)
Respectful Conduct: We strive to create a safe and inclusive space. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior, such as offensive comments, harassment, or any form of disrespect, may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Consent to Recording: By purchasing and participating in group sessions, you authorize your image to be recorded in any materials, including video footage, photos, and documents. These materials may be used for educational, promotional, or community purposes. This authorization is granted free of charge and covers the use of the aforementioned image nationwide in the following ways: (I) homepage; (II) electronic media. You also freely and voluntarily grant permission for the use and distribution of the images for the same purposes, without receiving any compensation.

Privacy: While we honor confidentiality, please share only what you feel comfortable with, as live sessions may be shared with the community.

Content Flexibility: Due to the channeled nature of this work, all content is subject to change. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our commitment to making this the most potent experience for all.

Program Access and Cost: Programs are available for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, with the option to renew unless indicated on the product page. Specific program costs and availability are as outlined in the individual program’s page. Details regarding content, access, and additional features are also provided.

Responsibility for Suggested Materials
Throughout the workshop or course, books, tools, practices, or other complementary materials may be suggested. The use, acquisition, or application of these materials is entirely the responsibility of the participant. The facilitator holds no obligation regarding their purchase, accessibility, or any outcomes resulting from their use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, recordings, and materials that are the property of Golden Weaver LLC  are for personal use only. Purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the content. Content may not be shared, published, copied, or distributed without explicit permission from Golden Weaver LLC.

HERBAL CONSULTATIONS DISCLAIMER
Not Medical Advice: Our herbal consultations and products are intended to support spiritual wellness, not as substitutes for medical treatment.
