Part 1: Clear
Before we build, we must clear the field. We begin with an Akashic Reiki meditation specifically designed to dissolve the energetic density of the past year. We’re clearing the 'static' from your field so you can actually hear your own inner wisdom again.
Part 2: Anchor
This is where we get intentional. Once clear, we move into a meditative, heart-led creative session. Unlike a manifestation board that focuses on external achievements and wants, we will build a Visual Compass.
This Compass acts as your internal North Star. It helps you:
